Using Hererank

You may browse public rankings, vote in available matchups, recommend candidate products, and send sponsor inquiries when those features are available. You must use Hererank lawfully and must not interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.

Eligibility

Hererank is not directed to children under 13. If you use Hererank on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Voting And Submissions

Votes, candidate submissions, and sponsor inquiries may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limits, and other abuse controls. Studio Jin may reject, remove, moderate, or ignore votes, submissions, and inquiries that appear abusive, automated, misleading, unlawful, irrelevant, or otherwise inconsistent with Hererank's purpose.

Candidate submissions do not guarantee that a product will be added to a tournament, ranked, reviewed, or published.

Sponsor Inquiries

Sending a sponsor inquiry does not create a sponsorship agreement, guarantee approval, reserve placement, set pricing, or guarantee publication. Sponsorship placement is subject to manual review and separate written agreement if Studio Jin chooses to proceed.

Hererank does not accept media kit uploads through the sponsor inquiry form. You may provide a materials URL in the form or send materials later by email if requested.

Content You Provide

You are responsible for information, URLs, messages, descriptions, sponsor copy, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide that content and that it does not violate law or the rights of others.

You grant Studio Jin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, review, reproduce, edit, and display candidate suggestions and sponsor copy or materials as needed to operate, review, moderate, and publish approved Hererank content. This license does not require Studio Jin to publish submitted content.

Private contact information, internal inquiry messages, and sponsor materials are not licensed for public promotional use without separate approval.

Prohibited Conduct

• Do not submit false, deceptive, infringing, unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not automate votes, bypass Turnstile, evade rate limits, or manipulate rankings.
• Do not probe, attack, scrape at abusive scale, or disrupt Hererank infrastructure.
• Do not use Hererank to send spam, malware, credential requests, or unauthorized promotions.

Third-Party Products And Links

Hererank may link to third-party products, websites, services, media kits, or sponsor pages. Studio Jin does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, security, pricing, availability, or claims.

Disclaimers

Hererank is provided "as is" and "as available." Rankings, vote counts, descriptions, sponsor information, and app pages may be incomplete, delayed, changed, or incorrect. Studio Jin does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, permanent availability, or any specific result from using Hererank.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Studio Jin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising from Hererank or these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by competent courts in the Republic of Korea unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes And Contact

Studio Jin may update these Terms as Hererank changes. The effective date above shows when this version became active. Continued use of Hererank after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
