Information We Collect

Hererank collects the information needed to operate public tournaments, protect public write actions, review submissions, and respond to sponsor inquiries.

• Votes: tournament ID, matchup ID, selected entry ID, an abuse-control key, and timestamps.
• Candidate submissions: product URL, product name, description, recommendation reason, review status, an abuse-control key, and timestamp.
• Sponsor inquiries: company name, contact name, contact email, website URL, optional materials URL, sponsor title, short intro, placement preference, message, materials acknowledgement, review status, notification status, and timestamps.
• Abuse and security events: protected action type, block reason, an abuse-control key, limited metadata, and timestamp.

Security Signals And Turnstile

Public write actions, including votes, candidate submissions, and sponsor inquiries, use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish real visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile may process browser, device, and request signals needed for security checks. Hererank also creates a non-readable abuse-prevention key from request and browser signals, such as IP address and user-agent, to detect repeat or abusive votes, submissions, and inquiries.

Hererank does not store raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings in application records for these abuse controls. Cloudflare may process security signals under its own service terms and Turnstile privacy notice.

How We Use Information

• Operate Hererank tournaments, rankings, app pages, and sponsorship pages.
• Record votes and prevent repeated or abusive public write actions.
• Review candidate submissions and sponsor inquiries before anything is published or acted on.
• Send sponsor inquiry notifications and reply to the contact email provided.
• Debug, secure, and improve the service.

Sharing And Service Providers

Hererank uses service providers, including Cloudflare and AWS, to host the site, store application data, protect public write actions, and send sponsor inquiry notifications to the Hererank support mailbox.

Sponsor inquiry details may be stored by Hererank and emailed to the Hererank support mailbox through AWS as a service provider.

Hererank does not use the current site to sell personal information or to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect Hererank or visitors, or in connection with a business transfer involving the service.

Retention

Hererank has not set a fixed public retention period yet. Votes, submissions, sponsor inquiries, abuse records, and operational records are kept while needed for rankings, review, security, legal, or operations. Public ranking data may be cached for performance.

Your Requests

You can contact Studio Jin at support@hererank.com to ask about information you provided, request correction, or request deletion. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant record, and some records may be retained where needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Children

Hererank is a general audience site and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information to Hererank, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes And Contact

Studio Jin may update this policy as Hererank changes. The effective date above shows when this version became active.
